Cancellation And Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Goat Level Fitness LLC.
We would like for every customer to have a good experience when purchasing an item on our site. If you would like to exchange an item or cancel an order, please see the terms below in which exchanges will be excepted.
We do not cover any return shipping cost.
We recommend that you place insurance on all returns in case the item(s) are lost or damaged in transit.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns.
Exchanges
All exchanges will go through a verification process. Items that have been worn or deemed not re-sellable will not be eligible for exchange. All items must be returned in the condition they were sent out.
We are not responsible for items once they leave our warehouse. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information and they will be able to assist you.
Exchanges must be made within 7 days (please provide us with tracking).
Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.
No Cancellations Once Your Order Has Been Processed To Ship.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You will have to place a new order or exchange your item once you receive it. Orders that have not received confirmation with tracking are eligible for cancellation.
